According to WaPo the House Ethics Committee investigation is going to focus on the way the information was handled. We might actually get an answer to the question, "If you were so concerned about improper conduct with pages why did you sit on the information until now?"
There is also the issue of the parade of "heroic whistleblowers" who pop up just as the previous one is discredited (one of the pages turned out to be 18 at the time and one is claiming it was a prank gone bad). There is also the matter of the StopSexualPredators blog that even some at Kos think is a little too convenient.
